Our approach

There is no innovation without experimentation, and that’s why since 2019 we are running community experiments. The main goal of these experiments is to get insight into effective community governance models that facilitate climate action. Together with the community, we are doing research and test different ways of organising ourselves in experiments.

We experiment through designing 3–4 months long ‘sprints’. Sprints are short and sharp experimentations for fast learning. The outline of a sprint is: choosing a theme, planning and researching, implementing and evaluating. These sprints will allow community members to pitch and implement ideas. We co-create solutions on social media, as well as at events (such as at Sziget Festival and the Lights..Climate..Action event). The sprints will be a great way to learn and see where our community can really make an impact.

Community experiments are always aimed at creating climate impact and are open for everybody to join.
