Green Sziget

Our community has been working with Sziget Festival for over 2 years now. We have been helping the festival reimagine its green initiatives, and showcase sustainable practices. In 2019 Sziget has been one of experiments. We worked with a small organising team and brought 7 different initiatives to Sziget. The Motivation Station, aimed to help people talk about their climate related emotions. One of our members also designed a carbon calculator and carried out an impressive research, interviewing 800 people about their carbon footprint. Based on the gathered information the festival is switching its practices and building a greener Sziget for the future.
